Roze began her career as a lawyer at Wong & Partners, a member firm of Baker McKenzie, before transitioning to the renewable energy industry. She holds an LLB Bachelor of Law from the University of Reading, United Kingdom, and an MBA from the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan.
